Measuring Maintenance Performance – A Structured Approach

This research paper is made up of nine chapters of which seven discuss the theory of maintenance organisations and measuring their performance. The remaining chapters demonstrate this theory in a practical case study taken from an automotive plant. The author has structured the chapters in this way so that theory and practice can be kept separate for ease of reading. Internal references within the case study identify where the relevant theory can be found if needed.
